It is intended for screening of blood donors and as an aid for the diagnosis and management of clinical conditions known as syphilis.
If the sample contains TP antibody, “Antigen-Antibody-Antigen sandwich immunocomplex” will form on the solid phase, and with treatments of some reagents, a yellow line will appear on the test region, indicating a positive result.
